Duck and Shed :
This Grade II listed mid 19th century terraced house was in need of a full refurbishment from head to toe. Originally having been rejected for planning and listed buildings consent the development looked destined to stall. Through the involvement of Duck & Shed planning permission was eventually obtained and listed buildings consent granted.
As with all listed buildings, this project has presented many challenges, which have been as rewarding as they have been demanding. From historic lath and horsehair plaster walls to hand detailed plasterwork this project has been more a work of the heart than the head.
