A gut renovation and combination of two existing apartments at the Albert Building in Greenwich Village. A new opening in a structural masonry wall, along with custom sliding doors, created an open layout. Built-in millwork and newly exposed brick complement the character of the historic space.

The designers discovered a high-quality colourful red brick masonry, which became the main highlight of the interior. The original sliding door opening system is well integrated into the interior.

Size: 1,300 sqft
